A charcuterie board is a must when getting together with friends! It is very simple to put together when entertaining guests at home, all it takes is 15 minutes!!

For bigger parties, I prefer to make several smaller boards rather than a single large one, but there are certain typical ingredients that must be included. However, this is just an example of how I love to make mine. It just takes a little creativity to make an amazing charcuterie board!

First of all, choose the boards you are planning to use, whether they are small, medium or large. The more rustic, the better!

I start by placing the larger ingredients, like cheese and cold cuts, leaving some space in between to fill with smaller things.

If serving hummus, chutney, jam or something sweet, use small bowls and place them on the board. The same goes for pickles or olives.

Add some crackers, toasts and breadsticks, dried and fresh fruits, like figs, peaches, strawberries, grapes, etc., to fill the spaces between larger ingredients and add a touch of color. I also love to add dates and dried apricots.

To make the board look even prettier, add something green, like rosemary sprigs.

Serve this delicious board with different types of breads and some good wine!
