Sometimes, we don’t buy certain vegetables because they seem uninteresting, or we don’t know how to use them, and sometimes radishes fall in that category.
They are in season the whole year round, and roasting them is both quick and easy. They are great with a green salad, lentils or just on their own with lemon and parsley. Did you know that you can sauté, grill or make pesto sauce with the leaves? If you don’t usually eat radishes, try out this recipe and you will be pleasantly surprised!
You can also roast them with any herb of your choosing, like rosemary. Root vegetables are so much better when roasted or grilled; you will not regret giving these a chance!
