There is nothing better than ice cream on a hot, summer day, and trust me that this one has the best flavor and consistency by far!
The truth is that not that long ago, I would never have dreamed of ordering a matcha ice cream, but I decided to follow the Californian trend and give it a try, and there is not turning back! I even started making it at home! Julian is a real fan of mint ice cream, so sometimes I add mint and chocolate chips to it. Anyway, this ice cream is a must for matcha lovers, and a great opportunity for those who have not tried it yet, since matcha is considered to be a superfood.

Matcha Ice Cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp matcha powder
- In a bowl mix together condensed milk, vanilla and matcha powder.
- Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the matcha mixture until well combined.
- Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
