Fish en Papillote

Ingredientes
  

  • Fish fillets (hake, sole, salmon)
  • Thin potato slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, parsley)
  • Parchment paper

For the vinaigrette:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instrucciones
 

  • Arrange very thin slices of potato on a sheet of parchment paper, place the fish on top, salt, pepper, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, parsley) and a couple tablespoons of vinaigrette. Then fold the paper, seal the edges of the parcel and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C/410°F for 15 minutes.
